Copy the code and enter it on the retailer's website or app (for example, redeem an Xbox code on Xbox's redeem page). Each card also shows a redemption link and PIN where the brand provides one.

Prepaid cards deliver a card number, expiry, and security code to your account under My Cards. You use those details online anywhere that accepts Visa or Mastercard, exactly like a normal card. Some prepaid cards have an expiration window, which is shown on the product before you buy.

In most cases your code arrives within minutes of the crypto payment confirming. It appears automatically under My Cards. If a card is delayed, it will show as pending and update as soon as the provider delivers it.

You pay with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and others. You top up your Klone wallet or pay for a card directly, and your balance and orders are tied to your account.

You can browse the full catalog without signing in. To check out, you sign in with Google, which creates your unique Klone ID and personal wallet. This keeps your codes secure and tied only to you.

First, check My Cards on the Virtual Cards page, since codes appear there automatically. If a payment confirmed but the card still shows pending after a while, contact support with your order reference and we will resolve it.
